Mearns Youth Consultation
Follow Up Report Published!
The Mearns Youth Consultation was a great success and it has been really good to see the amount of people and groups that have supported and responded. The consultation showed us that most young people feel that they are not listened to, but, reading this report, it is really encouraging to see that more people in the community are listening to their wants and views. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child state that young people have a right to be consulted about things that affect us – young people want to be involved in the community and decisions…so ask us!
